Headaches & Peppermint Tea

When I was pregnant with my daughter, I became hyper fixated on my health. It was so important to me that my daughter was developing in the most conscious way possible. I did a lot of research and googling and found that painkillers like acetaminophen and aspirin, were not the best option for my growing baby, so I turned to a more holistic way of managing pain. While most often then not, I didn’t have tea either, because that was also a toss up based on my research during pregnancy, I meditated & breathed my way through headaches.

After my daughter was born, I could resume taking medication, but this just wasn't an option for me. I went back to doing research on ways I could alleviate pain without taking medication. In my research, I found that peppermint tea was a great way to manage my headaches, and so my journey began.

I know this was a short blog on Peppermint tea and headaches, but I encourage you to do your own research and see what works best for you. I prefer doing things the natural way, the way nature intended. If I don’t have to see a doctor or take man made medication, I won’t. I know there are so many herbs & plants & elements that exist on this planet, they grow from the earth, that can treat, if not CURE, the ailments that I have, and I’m positive it can do the same for you!
